We've decided to foster Oso instead of keep him permanently, because he is an incredible being and I'm head over heels in love with this fluffy dog, but he has too strong a reinforcement history with chicken killing and is unlikely to ever be a good farm dog.
However, I've been working several hours a day on his training and he's so good. He's the perfect adventure dog. He's athletic, loyal, curious, loves water, and wants to cuddle you at the end of the day. I could see him being an amazing emotional support animal, or even doing therapy dog training. So if you or anyone you know is looking for the perfect companion, let me know! I'll have lots of questions for any potential family, but would love nothing more than to get Osito (lil bear) to a good forever home
