I gave Poppy the tiniest little lick of strawberry ice-cream and SHE IS OBSESSED!
She's never really been interested in people food, I think because she doesn't realise anything that I have is food because it doesn't smell like treats.
But after this taste of ice-cream, she's stalking me, she's standing in front of me and just staring, she's trying to use Jedi Mind Tricks to convince me to give her another taste.
Moments like this are so cute because I get to watch her shifting further away from abused dog mindset and get more comfortable with being a pet.

"Your food looks really tasty," says Emma. Salad for breakfast isn't all bad, and Emma agrees.
Trying to eat perishables in the refrigerator and lose weight. Win/win.
