I don't know which neighbour's met a last night (the smell is everywhere) but here is the recipe for the neutralizer:
- 500 ml peroxide 4%
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tsp dish soap
Notes:
It's safe to use on the dog's face
careful measuring is not needed
Oxiclean can be substituted, in saturated solution
