Found this friendly "soi dog" as they're known in Thailand (essentially alley dogs - strays) near Makkasan Depot in Bangkok. They were very photogenic!

My best model everI know its strict legal term and have to use for the charges , but I personally wouldn't class this owned by a as "dangerously out of control".
It is clearly use of this unfortunate hound as a trained weapon to attack anyone who tries to challenge him stealing from peoples houses (I hope doggo is seized and taken to rescue centre and rehomed if suitable)
