Hatch normally isn't allowed on the furniture (because the kid needs a place that is safe from him) but it's cold so he comes and sits up in my recliner if I invite him (and sometimes when I don't). It's so weird to see little bags of dog waste littering parks and other areas. It's like "I tried." It's not total irresponsibility, because they went to the trouble of bagging it. An irresponsible person would just let their dog crap and walk away. There is an acknowledgement of a responsibility and then... jetting on the last, easiest part. Do they just like giftwrapping their dog's turds
